SUMMARY:September 2024 3-day Water Fast
DESCRIPTION:Come join us as we embark on a 3-day water-only fast this September 16th to 19th\, starting from lunchtime on Monday and ending the fast with juice and fruits and a delicious light raw meal and raw dessert on Thursday. No coffee\, no caffeinated tea\, and no solid food—just water with a pinch of celtic sea salt or lemon juice\, cayenne water\, wheatgrass water\, nettle tea and coconut water for electrolytes if needed! \nThe goal is to tap into the benefits of fasting and share the experience with friends in a group setting in the beautiful hills of county Tipperary. There will be daily gentle walks\, meditation\, castor oil packs\, mullein fomentation\, evening sauna and spring water cold plunge pool. All of which help the body with detoxification processes. \nThe fast retreat is 400 euros.
