I receive my gifts without resistance,
I will no longer stand in my own way.

I am worthy!
I am a strong woman,
I have struggled but now I am triumphant.
I release my need for resolution that will not come,
I understand that I am complete without it.
I will speak with love and kindness,
remembering to also love and be kind to myself.
I will no longer match the moods of others,
I will feel my own feelings,
and allow others to do the same.
I will send out love and let it land where it will.
I will help and guide where I can,
