Come join us as we embark on a 3-day water-only fast this June 7th to 10th, starting from lunchtime on Friday and ending the fast with juice and fruits and a delicious light raw meal and raw dessert on Monday. No coffee, no caffeinated tea, and no solid food—just water with a pinch of celtic sea salt or lemon juice, cayenne water, wheatgrass water, nettle tea and coconut water for electrolytes if needed!
The goal is to tap into the benefits of fasting and share the experience with friends in a group setting in the beautiful hills of county Tipperary. There will be daily gentle walks, meditation, castor oil packs, mullein fomentation, evening sauna and spring water cold plunge pool. All of which help the body with detoxification processes.
There is an option to stay longer on the last day and experience an amazing sound bath in the evening time.
The fast is 285 euros and the optional extra sound bath is 25 euros.
